My dad had many surgeries and alot of health problems but through it all he was always cheery. he ended up losing his leg, below the knee amputaion and part of his hand. I do want to say that closer to the end of his death, we talked about what he wanted and his desires, in case something ever happened, He chose to be a DNR and signed papers to donate his body to Genesis in Memphis TN. We never knew it would have happened so soon. He was creamated. We will have his ashes January 14, 2011. I want to say that my dad was a strong man, who worked all his life, gave me and my sister everything we ever needed in life and we worked hard all his life. I have learned so many things from him and I carry him with me everyday and his memory will always go on.
